All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after orders has been successfully confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, product launches, or promotional campaigns, processing times may be slightly extended. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any delays.
Shipping Timeframes
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time is within 5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Fees and Duties
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. Unless otherwise stated, all shipping costs are non-refundable.
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Melora Glam.
